Any attempt to develop an organisation, and consequently instigate change, is of its very nature a dynamic process, and one which needs to be undertaken with confidence and a clear vision. This process must start with its People.
Cambrensis' training programmes enable individuals to unify their values with the values and beliefs of the organisation. By doing so, it becomes possible to create corporate values which are understandable and which will encourage loyalty from staff.
We don't believe it is necessary to take staff out of the workplace to train them. Encouraging the staff to change the way in which they see things, and giving them confidence to express themselves in a constructive and professional way, is far more important.
Cambrensis' training courses concentrate on self-awareness, helping the participant to find the resources within themselves to help themselves and others.
