Social media activity cannot be contained into a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, schedule. Cambrensis will provide a 24/7 social media service and will communicate at the most effective times, not the most convenient.
Overlying social media strategy will be carefully devised to increase traffic, deliver strategic messages and interact with target audience.
Cambrensis will reply to an enquiry, tweet, or a comment requiring clarification on the Facebook page, blog, or other channels within an agreed timescale.
